Chef Tom French of the Experience Food Project will be speaking to us to get the converstion started about the possibilities of transforming school lunch and breakfast programs to using fresh, non-processed, tasty foods. Chef Tom has worked/is currently working with the Bellevue and Seattle School Districts to bring food education into the school community and the San Juan Island and Vashon School Districts to reform the quality of their school food programs and implement a whole-foods based menu.
